It tracks all customers, including billing address, point-of-contact people, multiple standing orders, order deviations, and delivery schedules, and automatically prepares batch dispatcher schedules each day. It tracks delivery runs and trucks and delivery people. It tracks inventory production and throughput. The application also performs a wide variety of accounting tasks, such as customer statements, and invoice, cash, and register reconciliations. The program provides a number of management reports, such as a Cash Sales Report, Charge Sales Report, Sales by Period, Point of Sale, or Customer, Customer Order Histories, Customer Payments, Accounts Receivable, and Product Summaries. The program can archive data that exceeds a designated age, and retrieve it on command for review. It includes elaborate security to ensure privacy of all data, and restricting access to various parts of the program based on user login.
