COUNTRY CLUB MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE. We have developed three variations of this software for different clients. The core version provides membership tracking, including full member data, photographs, and multiple address capability for members. There is committee membership tracking and specialized golf information tracking as well. The application will print alphabetical membership rosters, pages suitable for typesetting in a high quality membership roster book, rolodex cards for members, and mailing labels. Any of the above printings can be for all members or for any select group of members, such as committees, those whose dues are overdue, or select individual members. Another variation of this application adds home ownership tracking, including all requirements of residency, fees, licenses, permissions, etc.

Results: Users report hundreds of man hours saved each year by having the program print out rosters, mailing labels, rolodex cards, membership listings, committee listings, and various other reports. Additionally, they report a huge decrease in the number of errors reported by club members.
