The initial evaluation is always free, except for travel expenses if you are out of our local area.

We do entertain requests for smaller projects, in the $500 to $2500 range, but we have found that the larger proportion of our requests fall in the moderate range, with prices between $10,000 and $40,000. We have worked several large projects, whose cost ran into six figures.

Regardless of the size or cost of the project, our goal is to save you more than you spend. If we can't show how you'll realize an ROI that's a multiple of what you spend, we will recommend modifying or abandoning the project.

HOW TO SAVE MONEY. If you have an outstanding systems analyst on your staff, you can save as much as 20% of the cost of the project by performing your own functional analysis and developing your own functional design and functional specifications.
